I was 15 years old

I OFTEN TELL PEOPLE THAT DEDICATION TO FITNESS STARTS WITH MOTIVATION. WHO OR WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORKOUT AND EAT HEALTHILY?
I think it is above all the health and good hygiene of life that motivates me and of course the results of training sessions with a good diet.

WHAT’S YOUR TYPICAL WORKOUT ROUTINE?
I have 12 training sessions in the week and 2 days off.

WHAT GENRES OF MUSIC DO YOU LISTEN TO WHILE YOU’RE WORKING OUT?
I listen to electro music

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MEAL OF THE DAY?
Breakfast… this morning my breakfast was great – egg, bacon, juice chocolate, bread, cheese everything was really excellent. 

WHAT’S THE MAIN RULE IN YOUR DIET?
We become what we eat

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
The carbonara pate

DOES IT DRIVE YOU CRAZY WHEN YOU DON’T GET TO EXERCISE?
No, but I feel less energetic if I don’t get to exercise.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER WORKOUT HEAVEN?
Boxing – I find it is a great sport I have practiced Thai boxing for 6 months and French boxing I found it very good.
