For many years, I have stopped making resolutions simply because I’ve never fulfilled them nor even tracked them in the first place. So the new year period was usually spent on holidaying, paying bills and meeting up with family and friends. And then it was back to the usual cycle of work, work, work…

This year I have decided to really make good resolutions. With my decades of experience, I devised a new approach which covers all the most important aspects of my life – here’s how you can also get started with my Resolution-cubed method which is aimed to be simple, practical yet impactful:
