Pritchard Adjei is not Settled at Sittingbourne

Pritchard Adjei (25) is not settled at Sittingbourne FC,  and seeking a move away from the Kent based club. The Centre Back has played 200min in 14 Games, and 90minutes in two friendlies.

Last game Pritchard Adjei started in was away against Hythe Town on matchday 5 where the Brickies suffered a 2-1 Defeat.

Manager Darren Blackburn informed Matthew Shops, Adjei’s agent that he will be benching the player.

Pritchard Adjei said: “I took responsibility for my performance that game and messaged the manager personally to reassure him that it won’t happen again, I didn’t cost any direct errors but was rather untidy and was losing my personal battles, Not every player is perfect and everyone can have a bad game and that game was against Hythe Town.”

Pritchard Adjei has since then been axed out of the squad completely with the Centre Half not being happy about it, he said: “I get it I had a bad game, but to then not getting played at all is very harsh. I have never actually been giving the chance to rectify my mistakes and show my ability, Im getting completely axed after a 2-1 Loss but others start back to back games even after losing 6-0 at home. I don’t get it.”

Pritchard Adjei had trials with teams such as Dover Athletic, Kettering Town and been recognised by the known German team Hoffenheim II before he signed with Sittingbourne FC. He also been send a direct contract from a Swedish second Division team but, due to personal reasons has he decided to stay in the United Kingdom.
