Simar Wadhwa – A Small Town Girl Leading The Skincare Industry With Her Passion

Martha Stewart, businesswoman, writer, and television personality, has aptly quoted: “Build your business success around something that you love — something that is inherently and endlessly interesting to you.”

The same goes for Simar Wadhwa, the entrepreneur and founder of Sage & Herbs and Muddy Boot. Simar, who belongs to a small town in India, has proved her mettle by doing what she has always loved.

And Blackbird News makes it a point to highlight people like these to inspire and encourage our readers to reach their objectives by providing them with examples of people from all over the world who have created something of themselves.

Sage & Herbs

A graduate in commerce, Simar Wadhwa has always had a deep love and appreciation for nature. She began growing plants when she was a child, and ever since then, she has had a deep and abiding affection for all kinds of plants.

Her love for plants was so deep that she chose to make it her profession. And that’s when she decided to start her own skincare brand, which is based on a natural theme. Aside from being a successful entrepreneur, Simar also conducts planting workshops for kids in order to motivate them to connect with nature.

Speaking about her work, she said, “I love nature and have always wanted to do something around nature. And I feel fortunate to have got the idea of starting my own brand based on a natural theme. As a child, I was told there are two ways to work and succeed: make your work your passion or make your passion your work. I chose the latter one, and trust that I am happy to the core with my decision.”

She further added, “I’ve always wanted to make products that support sustainable living, are natural, and link people to nature, and that’s how I came up with Sage & Herbs and Muddy Boot. I firmly believe that sustainable methods can improve the future. I conduct planting workshops for kids to motivate them to understand it more profoundly and connect with nature.”

This planet would be a much better place to live if everyone viewed sustainability in this way.

Blackbird News wishes Simar Wadhwa great success in all her endeavors!
