Trending Influencer – Ruben Parisi Talks About His Fitness & Lifestyle

Ruben Parisi is from La Spezia, a little nice town in northern Italy and he is one of the trending influencers on Instagram over 208K followers. 

RITIKA: WHAT’S FITNESS ACCORDING TO YOU?
Ruben: I think fitness is really important in life. Everyday I train at least one hour because it helps me relaxing, stay fit and remove stress from my body. I really think everyone should train more during the week, but unfortunately there are many lazy persons.

RITIKA: AT WHAT AGE OR STAGE OF YOUR LIFE DID FITNESS BECOME A MAJOR PART OF YOUR LIFESTYLE?
Ruben: I always used to practice sports. When I was a kid I usually played football for a little team in my town. Then when I grew up and started studying at University I had less time for playing football and I started trainings in the Gym. The Gym became like a second house for me. Bad thing I can’t take with me a pillow and sleep on the flat bench.

RITIKA: I OFTEN TELL PEOPLE THAT DEDICATION TO FITNESS STARTS WITH MOTIVATION. WHO OR WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORKOUT AND EAT HEALTHILY?
Ruben: The thing that motivates me the most is to imagine what would I love to look like. It’s important to learn to train and eat healthily for yourself and not so that you could like to others, only in this way you can be always be focused without periods of distraction.

RITIKA: WHAT’S YOUR TYPICAL WORKOUT ROUTINE?
Ruben: I don’t have a typical workout routine because I always love to change exercises in order to give my body always different impulses. This is what I really suggest to all.

RITIKA: WHAT GENRES OF MUSIC DO YOU LISTEN TO WHILE YOU’RE WORKING OUT?
Ruben: I listen to music that gives me a big charge during the workout. So I think all should listen to the favourite type of music that could help give more then 100% during the workout.

RITIKA: WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MEAL OF THE DAY?
Ruben: I think it’s breakfast because during this meal I can eat more. I think it’s really important to have a big breakfast to give you the charge to stay focused during all the day.

RITIKA: WHAT’S THE MAIN RULE IN YOUR DIET?
Ruben: The main rule is to avoid foods with sugars and fat. Cheat meal it’s important to be done only once a week, not more.

RITIKA: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
Ruben: I’m Italian, so it’s definitely Pizza.

RITIKA: DOES IT DRIVE YOU CRAZY WHEN YOU DON’T GET TO EXERCISE?
Ruben: Yes, it really does! I suggest all to workout at least four times during the week.

RITIKA: WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER WORKOUT HEAVEN?
Ruben: I used to practice Boxing and Kick Boxing and they really help to loose calories. So martial arts definitely all the way.

RITIKA: ONE FITNESS AND LIFESTYLE ADVICE YOU WOULD LIKE TO GIVE TO OUR READERS
Ruben: The best advice I give to all is to believe in dreams. On what you could become only working hard and everyday without loosing concentration from the final target.
