Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha, who was in Israel to participate in the Haifa Film Festival, was stuck in Israel amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist group. The actress got stranded in the country amid the conflict situation.
The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actress was there to attend the Haifa International Film Festival and promote her movie Akelli when the Palestinian militant group Hamas launched an attack on Israel. The diva lost her touch with her team which led to panic though the contact was restored later.
“We have finally managed to get in touch with Nushrratt and with the help of the Embassy, she is being safely brought back home. We did not get a direct flight so she is on a connecting flight home. For her further safety, more details cannot be shared but as soon as she lands in India, we will inform you. We are relieved and thank god that she is safe and on her way to India,” Nushrratt Bharuccha’s team said in a statement.
The team later informed that the actress had boarded a flight to India and would be landing in Mumbai around 2. The Selfiee actress did not get a direct flight, so she had to travel through the connecting flights.
