Shah Rukh Khan once said that “I’m last of the stars”, and we can’t agree more. Bollywood’s Badshah has proved it with his latest release after a gap of four years. The 57-year-old superstar has gone through a lot in the last some years.
When Srk’s son Aryan Khan was arrested, the superstar kept his calm and didn’t say a word against the government or anyone political person. Even now, when the boycott gang and some of the BJP’s leaders were openly criticizing the superstar and calling him by his ‘religion’ again and again, the King of Bollywood didn’t utter a word.
“Duniya kuch bhi kar le, main aur aap log aur jitney bhi positive log hain sab ke sab, zinda hain,” the King said when he made an appearance at the Kolkata International Film Festival 2022 (KIFF).
Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan opened at a humungous 57 crore in India on a non-holiday while the film collected an unbelievable 70.50 crore on Republic day. You can like or hate Shah Rukh Khan, but you surely can’t ignore his achievements.
The King of Romance has also set a benchmark with his latest film that without a single promotional event or media appearance, the film can achieve all the success. Surely, one can learn how to keep a positive attitude even when things are going wrong from the Badshah of Bollywood.
